Your stone. Your style. Your version of luxury. If you can’t find it in our collection, we’ll design it with you.

Every bespoke piece starts with a conversation and ends with something that exists nowhere else. Here’s how we get there.

THE PROCESS

  1. Consultation. A video or phone call to talk through your idea, your budget and your timing.

  2. Stones and quote. We source options directly from our diamond suppliers and send them to you with their grading details and a quote.

  3. Design approval. We confirm the design, stone, metal and size in writing for you to approve.

  4. Deposit. A 50% deposit secures your stone and begins production.

  5. Making. Your piece takes around 6 to 8 weeks from design approval.

  6. Delivery. The balance is due before dispatch. Your piece is then sent by tracked, secure delivery.

WHAT WE CAN MAKE

Engagement rings, wedding bands, earrings, necklaces and bracelets, set with lab-grown diamonds and gemstones.

Available in 9k, 14k and 18k gold in yellow, white and rose, as well as platinum.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • Once your design is confirmed, changes can’t be made, so we check every detail with you first

  • Deposits are non-refundable for change of mind, because your stone is sourced and your piece is made just for you

  • Bespoke pieces can’t be returned or exchanged for change of mind

  • Every piece carries our 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults

  • None of this affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
